12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any available balance. Accounts with pending bets or active bonuses cannot be immediately closed until all pending matters are resolved. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to maya99 services. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed unless you contact customer support and request account reactivation (subject to maya99's approval).

12.2 Termination by maya99

maya99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or engaged in any prohibited activity. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, all bonuses will be forfeited, and your account balance will be confiscated if termination resulted from your violation of these Terms. If termination was not caused by your violation, your available balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to you after deducting any applicable fees.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. maya99 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of PHP 100 (or equivalent) on inactive accounts with a positive balance. Inactivity fees will be deducted monthly until the account balance reaches zero or until you log in and reactivate your account. If your account remains inactive for 24 consecutive months, maya99 may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable laws regarding abandoned property.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 16.6 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
